Now I’ve Gone From 195 All the Way to 124…

Heading into the summer season brings back painful memories.

Especially when tied to a breakup, like when my husband left me, leaving me so lonely and defeated.

I Tried Everything and Nothing Worked…

I got a personal trainer who kept putting me on new diets, and I followed each one to a “T.”
